Logs and Diagnostics

Logs help support understand what happened when a device, app, license, AI, or integration does not behave as expected.

  • Haptique OS version.
  • Host operating system.
  • License status.
  • Device or integration name.
  • Time of the issue.
  • Relevant logs.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings.

Open the desktop app or dashboard and look for Diagnostics, Logs, or Support. The Mac menu bar app may also provide a quick path to logs when supported.

Do not share sensitive tokens, passwords, or private network details unless support specifically asks through a secure channel.
